My mansions have all crumbled
My diamonds turned to dust
All my silver raiment
is begrimed with coral rust
My cities have all fallen
and my bridges burned away.
My once bright golden tresses
have become a dismal grey.
My once-proud fleet of ships
has sunk deep within the seas
I have no more emeralds.
No more sapphires or rubies.
All has come to nothing
and the wind outside howls rough.
But I still have you, my darling.
And my dear, you are enough.
